I tried placing an order and it cancelled it a few minutes late after. After contacting them, they informed me that I was flagged for potential fraud and to replace the order again. So I did and the exact same thing. When I sent an email for both orders. It was the exact same copy pasted email. Now I'm out $400 (until they refund my money) and they have been no help. I've given up on buying from them.

terrible experience, they don't honor their warranty and the extended warranty I bought they told me doesn't cover my phone until the original warranty expires but the original warranty is useless and they won't cover anything they won't even talk to you all they do is communicate through text with AI. it's not even that they said they wouldn't cover my phone it's that they won't respond, they tell you they look into it. never buy from PLUG

it so cool and amazing, by the way I like your company but is not that to expensive but it, so I wonder is continue my shopping in this app because the service is great and generous to people so my opinion is very fun on this app or a online shop is so great to all the people but is so gorgeous and service is so good.
